Corporate Social Responsibility vor und während der COVID-19-Pandemie – Erkenntnisse aus einer mittleren, familiengeführten Druckerei

Zusammenfassung

Die vorliegende Studie untersucht die soziale, ökologische und ökonomische Verantwortung – kurz Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) – einer mittleren, familiengeführten Druckerei vor und während der COVID-19-Pandemie. Die Ergebnisse stammen aus Interviews mit unterschiedlichen unternehmensinternen (z. B. Eigentümer-Manager, Mitarbeiter*innen) und -externen Stakeholdern (z. B. Kund*innen), die vor und während der COVID-19-Pandemie geführt wurden. Ziel des Beitrags ist einerseits den Familieneinfluss auf die Ausgestaltung von CSR in einer mittleren, familiengeführten Druckerei aufzuzeigen und andererseits potenzielle Veränderungen durch die COVID-19-Pandemie zu diskutieren. Des Weiteren wird untersucht, ob CSR die Resilienz von Unternehmen beeinflusst. Als Erklärungsansatz wird das sogenannte „sozioemotionale Vermögen“ herangezogen, welches die nicht-finanzielle Zielsetzung von Familienunternehmen beschreibt.
