Abstract

This study examines the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in administrative processes. The results reveal that the adoption of AI mechanisms within organizations is worth investing in, as the use of information technology benefits the management of administrative functions and relationships. Using AI enhances decision-making at all levels within an organization, and the results demonstrate that expert systems are the embodiment of AI that can serve the quality and effectiveness of administrative management. This study recommends the adoption of expert systems and AI models in various business organizations and public bodies to improve the decision-making process.
