Abstract

Mobile commerce has gained increasing popularity in developing countries in recent years. It has transformed the traditional way of conducting business. Previously, SMEs engaged in face-to-face selling and purchasing of products, however, mobile commerce now allows SMEs to enhance their economic benefits and time management. Furthermore, because many SMEs in Hargeisa continue to rely on traditional methods that involve physical contact, it is crucial to assess their level of understanding of mobile commerce usage. Therefore, it is essential to examine the level of trust in mobile commerce. This study analyzes mobile commerce activities and adoption through a systematic review.
