Multi-scenario Integrated Algorithm for User Perception Based on 5G Management Data

Abstract

As a typical scenario of 5G network, eMBB is designed for public UEs to provide broad-bandwidth and high-bitrate communication service. UE’s throughput is the most important performance indicator of a network providing eMBB service. This paper investigates the integrated algorithm of UE perception throughput from the management aspect. The algorithm takes all the transmission data including tail packets and small packets into consideration based on equivalent normalization to better reflect the real bitrate UE experienced.
