Abstract

The digital revolution has become a major disruptor for companies across the world, creating opportunities, enhancing the organizational performance and most importantly, increasing business profitability. This paper will look into the implementation of digital solutions, such as CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management) across Romanian companies, for cost-reduction and time-saving practices, as well as the use of online marketing tools (Email marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO & SEM) for increased exposure, sales, and business profitability.
