Die Auswirkungen der mobilen Bildschirmarbeit auf die körperliche Gesundheit: eine systematische Literaturrecherche

Zusammenfassung

Arbeiten außerhalb der Betriebsstätte mit mobiler Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie (IKT) ist seit langem auf dem Vormarsch und wurde durch die Vorschriften zur obligatorischen Heimarbeit während der COVID-19-Pandemie beschleunigt. Diese systematische Literaturrecherche (syst. LR.) fasst die Einflussfaktoren der IKT-gestützten mobilen Arbeit (Gerätetypen, Dauer der Nutzung, Benutzeroberflächen usw.) auf die körperliche Gesundheit von Wissensarbeitern zusammen. Eine Suche in vier elektronischen Datenbanken und eine manuelle Suche in vier deutschen Fachzeitschriften führte zur Aufnahme von 21 Artikeln in die Übersichtsarbeit. Ungünstige Körperhaltungen, ungeeignete Arbeitsmittel und bestimmte Umwelteinflüsse können schon nach vergleichsweise kurzer Zeit eine Reihe von körperlichen Beschwerden verursachen. Meistens sind diese Beschwerden stärker als bei der Arbeit an einem voll ausgestatteten Bildschirmarbeitsplatz. Der vorliegende Artikel beleuchtet speziell die verfügbaren Informationen zur Arbeit mit dem Laptop.
Praktische Relevanz Verschiedene Faktoren mobiler Bildschirmarbeit können die körperliche Gesundheit beeinflussen. Diese systematische Literaturrecherche ergab, dass ungünstige Körperhaltungen, ungeeignete Arbeitsgeräte und bestimmte Umweltfaktoren schon nach kurzer Zeit körperliche Beschwerden verursachen können. Daher erfordert die mobile Bildschirmarbeit eine sorgfältige Planung, ein geschärftes Bewusstsein und die Bereitschaft, Arbeitssituationen zu schaffen, die diesen Problemen entgegenwirken.
