Abstract
Over the last 30 years, “fragile states” have become a troublesome “wicked problem” and a challenge for the international community, as well as the community of aid organizations dealing with the problems of “developing countries.” In this context, several concepts have appeared on the subject of involvement in the processes of constructive political transformation of fragile states, which soon became a vital priority of the international community working to resolve conflict situations, socio-political stability, and peace in destabilized regions of the periphery of the modern world.
