8. Behandlungsplanung in der integrativen psychischen Gesundheitsversorgung

Zusammenfassung

Die Grenzen der aktuellen Behandlungen in der Psychiatrie werden überprüft. Bis zu die Hälfte der Personen, die wegen einer psychiatrischen „Störung“ behandelt werden, reagieren nicht oder nur teilweise auf psychotrope Medikamente und andere konventionelle westliche medizinische Behandlungen und werden als „therapieresistent“ oder „Nicht-Responder“ bezeichnet. Die Rolle von Placebo- und Nocebo-Effekten in der westlichen Medizin und CAM wird diskutiert. Sicherheits-, Haftungs- und ethische Fragen in der integrativen psychischen Gesundheitsversorgung werden überprüft. Forschungsergebnisse liefern Beweise für die Sicherheit und Wirksamkeit ausgewählter CAM-Behandlungen bei depressiver Stimmung, Angst und anderen psychischen Problemen, einschließlich pharmazeutischer Naturprodukte, Lebensstiländerungen und anderen. Die Hauptkategorien von CAM-Modalitäten, die zur Behandlung von psychischen Problemen und zur Erhaltung der Gesundheit eingesetzt werden, werden vorgestellt. Die Ziele der integrativen psychischen Gesundheitsversorgung werden beschrieben und Sicherheits- und ethische Fragen werden überprüft. Eine Methodik zur Auswahl geeigneter Modalitäten bei der Planung integrativer Versorgung wird vorgestellt, einschließlich Überlegungen zur Behandlungsvorrang und Behandlungsauswahl bei der Behandlung von moderaten gegenüber schweren Symptomen. Strategien zur Entwicklung eines realistischen Behandlungsplans, der für den Patienten sowohl akzeptabel als auch erschwinglich ist, werden beschrieben. Der Behandlungsplan sollte überprüft und modifiziert werden, bis die effektivste realistische Kombination aus westlicher Medizin und CAM-Behandlungen identifiziert und erfolgreich umgesetzt wurde. Methoden zur Verfeinerung und Optimierung des integrativen Behandlungsplans und zur Bewertung der Kompatibilität und Synergie zwischen zwei oder mehr Modalitäten werden entwickelt. Überlegungen zur laufenden Versorgung im Vergleich zur Beendigung werden diskutiert.
